[client] wont connect

I just finished a game..and then the stats wouldnt load so I clicked skip waiting for stats go to play another game: you cannot because you're already assigned to a game

so I close the client and restart it but now it wont let me login It says login error: the login server did not respond

I know its not my internet connection. otherwise how would i be posting this on the lol board
