There needs to be a preseason for summoner spells

One of the main issues with them is that every single champion in the game that isn't named shaco take flash as one of their summoners while the others are just decided by the lane your in rather than the match-up (besides cleanse) along with tp being a constant problem that will never be completely balanced the same thing can be said about ghost in a way Barrier is just a worse version of heal unless the enemy has ignite along with both of them becoming almost useless later on
