Why are there so many "Nerf Riven" posts?

Seriously why does every one think she is OP? Yeah she is really good in team fights with her ult and yeah she can 1v1 some top laners, but overall, is she really that OP? Over the past few days I have seen as many Nerf Riven posts as there are New HUD sucks posts (which it does) but any way I usually never lose to Riven's when I play top so I don't have a problem with her. But it seems like every one else does have a problem with her. And I just want to know why? (BTW I am NOT Riven main or a Riven player, I will play her occasionally in norms because shes fun but I never will in ranked.)

Riven is super annoying to deal with because she has a ton of mobility and damage. She can Q in, stun you, auto, then use Q again before retreating to safety with her E. Plus, with full cooldown reduction her Q literally has no cooldown if you use the dashes a few seconds apart.

As a Riven main, I will admit she needs some tweaks, but its a far cry to say she needs to get a full nerf.

Giving her energy with a unique return energy mechanic upon landing a passive and maybe removing her ability to stack her passive would be fine. This would of course mean she would need some stat buffs, but it removes her ability to just dash in with all three of her Qs then auto three times for more damage then W E out.
