Leona's E

I don't know how to attach my replay for a great example. But Leona's E is by far the dumbest ability hit box that has to be reduced. Is this something that is planned on getting nerfed in the future? It makes no sense how leona can E and follow Zed through his W if she never hit him to begin with. Thoughts???
