I just got reported for no reason
I just got reported for no reason. How do I get this reviewed and permanently removed from my personal file. I clearly did nothing wrong or said anything toxic.

There's no need to try and "remove" it. If you did not do anything wrong at all, then the report will have no effect on you.
Yea I think you shouldn't worry at all it happens a lot these days and if you really did nothing wrong then that report is like trash rn

Everyone in this thread is totally wrong... Do you think the riot algorithm reads the text in the chat? No...
Bottom X% of the population gets disciplined constantly.
There are a lot of players who get unhappy about losing and report for it. As a result, everyone gets reports (because yes, everyone loses). If you got a report, it just makes you the same as everyone else.
However, if you got enough reports that Riot sent you a message about it, then you didn't just get reported once. You got reported a lot, and you should probably try to figure out why and not immediately jump to the conclusion that it wasn't your fault.
I use to get fake reports a lot. Don't worry about it if you didn't do anything wrong.
The system can recognize fake reports. It'll look in the chat, realize you didn't do anything wrong, and then throw the report away
You can't. If you did something wrong or not is a matter of opinion and we can't know that based on your word alone. If it was a punishment based on your chat activity then post your logs and we'll point out why we think you're wrong or right.
