I think it stupid that a person gets harassed because of what there are building. I thought only 1 percent of the league community is toxic. Yet it seems as if every game I play there is someone harassing me because of my build.

But the moment you finally snap and tell them to back the fk off, suddenly you are ruining -THIER- experience and that deserves you getting chat restricted or banned. Who cares that you cant focus on your game because these pathetic little tryhard preschoolers have a problem with people who have THIER OWN strategies, THIER OWN builds.
I have been told that me being a free thinker counts as "trolling" and thus is reportable. Having my own strategies and builds that work with MY playstyle counts as griefing. And me looking for unique builds and strategies to work to perfection is Trolling and for that I deserve to be permabanned (not that I was, but if these tryhards had thier way, They would permaban me in an instant)

Having a developer enforced "meta" and developer trying to make constant adjustments to stop any successful strategies that crop up which are not part of the enforced "meta" -- surely contributes to the problem.

While there is no reason to flame or speak unkindly to someone, explaining in a calm rational manner that your build is a bit of a mess and offer suggestions on improvement is not bad. A person talking about your build doesn't instantly equate to toxicity. It's how they go about it.
Having a firm grasp of proper builds is a key skill to learn in the game.

Zed is a bit unorthodox. It's more a kill lane then. Leblanc has at least a bit of cc to work with.
If you are fulfilling the support role which is grabbing a gold item so you're not taking the marksman's cs, buying sightstone and sweeper to ward and clear enemy wards, then they can complain over the choice, but they'll have less grounds for doing so. The big issue is when people treat support like second mid, which it's not.

Also I take cs as support. Nothing is wrong with that. You can not dictate how I play. I dont know why people try. Riot games even said themselfs going off meta champs they are ok with. Silver 5 where in the book does it say supports cant take cs or kills? No where. lol
Yeah I dont understand people. I play normals and get raged at. Had a vayne rage quit at 2 mins because i was taking cs. Well we won a 4v5. I was zed and destorying. I feel your pain bud. Add me so we can play together. Even my friend got mad at me for Miss Fortune support.............. i dont... understand people,

Vayne top already exists so it's not unheard of. Teemo support while considered trolly can work under the right conditions. Ashe top is a bit squishy but ranged vs melee top usually works out. Quinn, Graves and Vayne are typically the marksmen played top. Ashe has only her ult as an escape and one of the squishier adcs.
And no, as support you are not suppose to be taking cs. The role is there to guard your marksman while they farm. You harass the enemy bot lane. You are missing the entire point of what the support role is. Take 
if you're going to play support Zed. All the gold you'll ever want without robbing your marksman of theirs.
The reason why the meta exists is this: Top and mid are solo lanes. They each get gold and experience on their own. Jungler gets theirs from jungle camps. Bot lane works because while support is running a gold item the marksman is grabbing the cs. They share the experience which works because so is enemy bot. That's why if you have an afk bot you'll see the level jumps on the one left. They are getting the full experience of the lane.
Marksman are far more dependent on items than supports. The reason you see the usual support picks is they can dish out damage and peel on a far lesser income. By taking cs you're actually upsetting the gold balance.

It's still falls under unsportsmanlike conduct and assisting enemy team which means you are breaking the ToS and is a reportable offense. You are in fact immature and using nonsensical and childish tantrums to strike out against your team. Someone complaining over your build is not breaking ToS and if you report it, it simply gets discarded without actual clout behind it.
Don't complain over things you yourself are doing.
