I'm just curious because Jhin seems to be doing fine now, but Lucian definitly got hit the hardest. His ult does nearly no damage to anything with armor and it just feels very frustrating imo
i recently picked up Lucian but i can tell he will suffer hard.
My main adc are cait either way i go crit on them

Cause before that whole build, Lucian still did decent by building an ER, which gave him ample amounts of CDR, Cooldown, and Crit chance. Though it does mean this particular build is more AA reliant, naturally it doesn't bolster his spells in the same way anymore.
The Armor pen build was favored because it gave him a way stronger Early game, but his ER build was never bad.
