Each champion has its own attack speed cap? Tests in the link

TLDR: After some testings i have found out Gnar's as is capped at 2.33 seconds instead of 2.5. I thought the same delay affected every attack speed but a friend just told me he had the same results with the 2.5 attack speed but different results with 1.0 attack speed, i.e there was no delay and the attack speed was actually 1.0.

Now, take this with a bit of salt because i have not tested other champs other than gnar (it's easier to count his basic attacks because of his passive) and i only tested him twice with the 2.5 attacks per second, which got me to the same results of 2.33 real attacks per second.

Just wanted to start a discussion on this and have people tell me if i'm wrong or not and if someone knows what's really going on.
