Riot I just wanna say you're very close to having just about every champion for adc and support roles be viable. We've come a long way from the League of Bloodthirsters! Honestly other then the jungle the other 80% of the roles on the team are looking pretty great! Here's to competitive diversity and all of our favorite Riot Employees! With the removal of DFG mid lane feels so much safer. We might see true mages in the future make a comeback in the future! On another note If I wanted to point a few champions that could really use love. I'd say Varus, Ashe and Quinn for ADC. Malzahar, Brand, and Ryze in the form of mini reworks. Can we face it? They're pretty 1-2 dimensional. Top lane has become really diverse as far as available options too! Which is pretty awesome I might say! Although Lissandra needs a good kick in the shins! Give her the Gragas treatment would you guys? Her wave clear is pretty insane.

So much more to say but that's all for now! Keep up the great work Rioteers! You've really turned this game into something special!

There is no top lane diversity. You're either a ranged bully with selfpeel and cc or you lose.

Did you describe Lissandra?

Don't forget Gnar, Cassio and many others like them.

The raw number of champions viable in the top lane has exponentially increased. Diversity in available champions not necessarily play styles. I think we can admit that top lane champions aren't usually the flashy playmakers like assassins or hyper ADC's. Vayne, Lucian, Ezreal and so on.

I also did mention Lissandra as being problematic. Also have you even been watching the LCS lately? Problem's in champion diversity is clearly not the case. We see a healthy mix of both ranged harassers and classic tanks. HELL we even see Sion!

Sir your comment is inaccurate and misinformed. Both SoloQ and the LCS are seeing way more diversity. That's all I have to say

Well, the balance is certainly a joke, I'll give you that much.

I agree..mostly. The last 4 games i played top i saw J4, Ryze, Morde, and Gnar. We know 3 of those picks are pretty common, but this time last year it would of been Ren/ren/ren/ren/shy/mundo. lol

Also the jungle in my last games were, if i recall correctly, Akali, Ezreal, Taric and Sej...sadly my team had very in meta picks...but thats besides the point.

I do like to see more champs, but i think its still at the point where we have a lot of the same. The difference is its like 10 champs instead of 3. Which is great, but thats less than half the champs int he game (10 per role and some over lap, we'll say 50 tho anyway).

Also i like the way Brand and Ryze function. Malz will never be the same after they change him...it'll be sion like where the identity is even completely different (though new sion is good). Varus could use a rework. I'd like to see them change Morde so that he is more useful than just a akali counter.

I don't know if they really are. I assume he'll have a few changes coming though. They probably won't be till late this season tho, they have other reworks on the table now.

That great feeling when this indirectly buffs mid Rumble.
