All of these are very much beatable. Viktor was already nerfed, anyway, so I mean at this point its a personal issue if you can't deal with them.

Major yikes. Viktor was literally buffed this patch with Clepto changes. Whatever slap on the wrist they did to him directly did absolutely nothing to lower his stupidly strong status.

Its only a buff if you allow him to proc both stacks of Klepto after using an ability and if that's what you're doing no wonder you lose. lmao.

What? How is it hard for Viktor to Q+AA when he has at least 320 more AA range than any other melee toplaner and a fucken speedboost to begin with when he Q's? Have you ever played against it as any melee character ever?
