My Hope's for the Item Shop Clean Up

These are all my opinions and I would like to here yours, so please let me know if I missed an item you think needs to be changed, or you disagree with my choices.

item 3001 - Either make this a true tank item with better tank stats or make this an actually AP Bruiser item and give it AP and/or cooldown in the build path.

item 3812 - Halve the damage reduction, it is just too good at surviving burst, or just remove it.

item 3147 - Remove the extra damage and keep Blackout.

item 3123 - Increase gold cost to 1100 and add 10 AD.

item 3022 - Replace with a different HP and AD item since a permanent slow is not a good idea.

item 3124 - Remove Phantom Hits and give back an AD and AP ramp.

item 3146 - Needs to be changed since the few users are forced to rush it and are completely useless without it.

item 3025 - Make melee only.

item 3285 -Nerf or buff the other lost chapter items.

item 3047 - Replace its passive, percent reduction should not exist.

item 3056 - Actually make it an item. If you keep the turret deactivation then you must add a defensive option for your own turret and also it should be an offensive item not defensive since to dive you want offense if the turret is deactivated.

item 3161 - Remove.

item 2420 -Remove. It was added because turrets were useless, but they have been buffed and are strong now.

item 3512 Remove. Demolish exists now, so tanks don't need other split push options.

Percent penetration items all a 5 to 10% nerf in penetration.

item 3001 - No idea because I deadass never see anyone build this

item 3812 - I mean sure the the burst mitigation is good but I don't think it's op alone

item 3147 - As not only an assassin player but someone who plays Kha'Zix, I cannot give an unbiased opinion of this item

item 3123 - No comment on this one

item 3022 - I never liked this item to begin with, but if it stays I think the slow should have a cd

item 3124 - Ohhhh this fucker. I've always liked the concept of the item, but every time they change it, it just ends up being broken somehow. I'd honestly just say rework and remove the stacks thing or just remove, unless they can somehow find a way to balance the mechanic (Hey guys remember Xin Zhao being able to solo baron at like level 11 with Guinsoos and a jg item?)

item 3146 - Yeah def too niche. On another note, I honestly just miss spellvamp in general.

item 3025 - Either make it melee only or delete it for the love of poros

item 3285 - I'd say just nerf this things early game honestly.

item 3047 - While tank meta gives me ptsd, this is actually a great option to some of the more oppressive ad characters in certain situations so Ill give it a pass.

item 3056 - Rework it or delete it

item 3161 - Again, I love the concept, but it's hard to keep balanced. Not as hard as Guinsoos though, because remember this item used to be essence reaver and back then nobody used it except me and whoever else remembered its existence. I feel like the whole "Go super Saiyan when you ult" Is a super fun concept, but it just breaks certain kits.

item 2419 - I think Zhonyas's defensive active should be reworked in general to be more interactive and dynamic, so by proxy I'm going to say yes, nuke this stupid clock.

item 3512 - I honestly never see this item either so I guess take it or leave it, I'm not sure.

In order, my opinion only.

item 3001 Why change it, it's fine. Buffing stats or adding stats would break it. And changing it would ruin it.

item 3812 What damage reduction are you talking about? It doesn't have any.

item 3147 No that is part of what makes it unique for a Lethality Item.

item 3123 No real reason to increase the cost of the item, as that would mean the evolution item 3033 would need a cost increase. As for the damage buff, that is fine.

item 3022 What other HP/AD item can replace it? Unless they have something off to the side that would fit into the build tree, it is better off left in the game, with a tweak so that the passive can't stack on itself. (I.E. if the target is already afflicted by the Slow of the item it will not regen the timer)

item 3124 What Phantom Hits are you talking about? And honestly this version is much more balanced and friendly than the old version. This can be fit into more builds.

item 3146 I'm fine with this suggestion.

item 3025 That's kind of dumb. If you look, only two items right now in the game, have any kind of restriction like that, and they at least have good reasoning.

item 3285 Don't nerf, because that would ruin it. And buffing the other items off Lost Chapter is also dumb, because they each are unique in their own right. item 3003 When evolved gives you a nice chunk of Mana and has a Mana Shield activatable. item 3030 Has a AoE slow effect Activatable.

item 3047 Needs that passive because of it's counter parts item 3111 passive.

item 3056 It will stay a meme...FOREVER!

item 3161 Why? It is only viable on a few Champions and I don't see it built often. No reason to remove it.

item 2420 That would mean any items that use this in the build would need to be tweaked. Leave it in, it's fine. It doesn't really hurt anyone.

item 3512 No because it is still somewhat viable on Support Champions that aren't really meant to be 100% tanks.

And as for the Percent Pen items, leave them be, they exist to help take down Tanks. Nerfing these items would bring back a Tank meta, and we all saw what the last one was like. No one was really happy.

cant help but notice you want the anti-ad (and then, only auto attacks) Ninja Tabi, but no mention of the Anti-AP Adaptive Helm.

% damage reductions ok if it hurts mages?
