Can you remove the snare on Akali.
The champion already has mobility in spades, she shouldn't be able to dictate distance with a snare that's all but spammable frustrating half the engages that can be made on her on top of her E and W.
Leave the damage, leave the ult, leave the shroud, just remove the damn snare. She is way too good of dictating trades because of that low cd Q spam that also happens to give her fair sustain in lane.
When she gets her gunblade as well she gets a Q snare, gunblade snare, her E, and her W on top of her ult dash to shut down any hard engage on her.
Then she gets her Zhonyas and you see where I'm going with the safety of the champion.
