Who do you think is in the most dire need of some help? I would say Aatrox, but he's on the list for this year so we know he's getting some help. Now I'd say Wukong. That poor monkey can single handedly turn around games, is really fun to play, has unique kit, and is the definition of "diver".

and ummmm thats a tough one of the top of my head 
that last one i probs have to play more to know for sure but these guys I just don't feel really bring that much to the table oh and I'd love for 
to embrace on-hit more his W is great and synergizes very well but his passive kinda makes u feel bad about building the on-hit build because u max out your attack speed before you can finish and his Q kind of tears you towards the lethality route so maybe not a full rework but Something more centered on his W
Wukong need it... But his kit is far from "unique".
