Riot THANK YOU for Rumble buffs!
I mained Rumble back in 2015. I think it was like September to December, then I suddenly stopped playing him until now. While maining him only thing I found hard was farming because his weird animations and keeping heat up while farming(using flamethrower, shield, or electric harpoon while farmng). But now with these buffs on Q and a bit of CDR on R he is back and ready to roll. I would thank you once again for this and my boy 
IS BACK in ACTION!
