I know its unrealistic, but can we do something about the troll picks in ranked?

I mean, I not one to judge, I've played plenty of weird picks. But sometimes that shit is better of in normal's, not in my ranked games. Some, oddly work, adc's in the jg. Others are like there is no way that can work. Or that might work, if you build right, but then you get an AD malz. And no surprise, most of his jg in gone, he doesn't hurt. Point is people intent choose picks they aren't comfortable with (ie. the malz had one prier games with malz and it wasn't even jg, and he went 1/8/1). Now I have no idea how to handle this issue, because the best solution would to kick people pre-game, but that's unfair as just because it's weird doesn't mean i cannot work. Best idea I can come up with is pre-game if you have someone making a "troll" pick, you can flag them pre-game, and if you report them afterwards, the troll pick flag is taken into account, giving a heftier punishment in the event there is one. I feel this system is far from perfect (already seeing ways it might be abused), but it's the best I can come up with.

Look, it might be cliche, but a skilled player can beat anything with anything. I can't tell you the amount of times I've been flamed in pregame for my main pick. Most times, my stream-worshiping team mates quiet down when we start winning (or claim that my lane opponent was just garbage). Rarely things don't go so well, and you can bet that I'll be blamed 100% of the time, even by my 1/5/2 ADC.

Fact of the matter is, our top laner might not be a tank, but neither is their 0/9/0 Darius. Sure, we don't have any real AP, but neither does the enemy team with their 0/7/0 Syndra. Raw skill outweighs absolutely everything in the game. I'm never realistically going to get solo killed by a Silver Ahri, so what does the popular pick matter?

Don't get me wrong, I've had my fair share of disco Nunus and AP Lee Song support. However, I'd rather deal with all the garbage and be able to play what I'm good at without fear of retaliation than have to learn some lame mage to stop myself from getting banned.

Sincerely, a platinum tear rushing Kha'Zix mid lane main with a 56% win ratio
