When the reworked Vlad casts Q twice

He gets a red aura and increased movement speed. He's chasing the opponent for the third cast with only one thought in his head: "I must kill!". That's what I thought when I saw it, which fits Vladimir's personality and lore nicely. His new Q looks awesome, good job Riot!

But anyone with a brain will just step back a bit and wait that small fraction of time. Also the movespeed bonus lasts for like a negative amount of seconds. IMO they should put a little more damage and heal on his standard Q. Right now, the only way you can be a sustain-god with Vlad is hope your enemy laner is a monkey or wait 40 minutes and stay in the center of a teamfight

But I really like the thematic, agreed.

I know it's not gonna be easy to use on a champ. But still, the whole idea is great. EDIT: plus it's balanced when you think about it.

Had to double check his transfusion interaction. And it looks like the Empowered Transfuse, will also apply the the next stack towards Crimson rush. So he can potentially have his empowerment every other cast.

Double damage + the boosted healing.

I looks stronger to me that what most other people are claiming it to be.

Ok, let's talk Math. It appears that the numbers for his normal Q's healing are the same as before (~=1/4 of the damage). The empowered Q heals him for a flat amount + a percentage of his missing health, which scales off ap. The effects are halved vs minions. The empowered flat amount alone is 3 times greater than the normal one. So, numbers-wise, the empowered Q is pretty strong. But, at the same time, it is predictable, it activates when his Q goes off cd and it only lasts for 2.5 seconds, which allows counterplay. Imo, it looks really good.
