When did Nasus get a slower attack animation?(Stealth nerf or bug?)

I checked many patches, his autos are really delayed. He used to snap down the cane but now I can actually watch him pull it back and hit his target.

I thought I was crazy. Maybe it's just Infernal Nasus. I checked the skin spotlight and he hits way faster.
