Karma and ultimate Hat

Riot please take a look at Karma before the next patch hits.

The removal of Ultimate Hat is a huge blow to her solo and support lanes.

She's been at 48% WR since the Mastery Changes were implemented.

Without Ultimate hat's 15% ult CDR at low levels she is going to be hit pretty hard.
