If enchanters are going to be healthy, adcs need gameplay to make up for them

Looking at you, When both bot laners are just stationary statchecks, they invalidate champions with actual gameplay. "Outplay" them as hard as you want, your reward is being able to see whether you can burn through a weirdly beefy adc and his shields/heals before you die to autos.
