New Masteries + Runes setup for ADC

At Lv1 this will give you .5 less AD than the current standard ADC runes and masteries give you, but it'll even out at Lv2 and give you more Lv3+. You lose .5% Life Steal, but that is very minor to get more AD
This setup is a lot better if you were a person who liked going to 16% Atk Spd with getting 4 AS blues. Now you only need to get 3 AS blues. You get the same stuff, but abit more MR with it.
Also, if you like the mastery Bountry Hunter over Oppressor then take that instead.
