so like a few days ago Relic was giving me 2 cs per minion hit

why did this stop? I liked having more/equal/close cs than my mid laner.. my adc.. jg or top why stop it? when supports finally get more credit thru things like CS it gets taken away?

Because it was a bug and you only killed 1 minion.
