When I mute someone in-game, can he remain muted in the post-game lobby please?

I had a guy in my team that started raging in chat because he didn't play well. I immediately muted him and his pings because I wasn't in the mood for his rambling. I made some mistakes myself and apparently he didn't like it when we lost in the end and decided to comment on them in the post-game lobby by saying: "ur the living example vlad why should ppl use condoms more often". I'm sure he said things like that in the game, which is exactly the reason I muted him and the last thing I wanted was to read this sort of thing. And this isn't even the first time it's happend to me. Surely I'm not the only one that has experienced this, right?

If you like checking out your damage then I would say go to the advanced details in the post game lobby and after that just leave the lobby immediately. That is what I do a bunch and it prevents me from seeing some post game flaming.
