Can we lower Garens Demacian Justice cooldown now?

Every time I look at its cooldown, I cry.

Why do you treat it like it has the same impact as Stand United or Requiem?

When it clearly does not.

That thing doesn't even scale with AD or deal True Damage.

Can you also change it to Physical Damage while you are on it? It's kind of stupid how a single 1450 gold item can nulify over 80% of the Ultimate damage output until level 11.

Most champs always builds Armor to counter against Garen's E damage. If you make his ult out of Attack Damage, what's so "Demacian Executing" about that, when his ult will only be negated about 80% damage against Rammus item 3143 item 3075, or any other champs who has already built hard armor against Garen?

His damage & cooldown is fine to me, doesn't really affect me much if I miss-smite kill or not.
