BoRK got a lifesteal increase on PBE

Is anyone else concerned that it isn't a unique passive? I feel like people will just build and a ton of BoRKS for a lot of lifesteal.

Barring runes&masteries, you can have(pbe numbers): 75AD, 20% lifesteal X5 (total) = 225AD,125%AS,75% lifesteal

...So this would give 300AD, 125%AS and 95% lifesteal WITHOUT runes and masteries, in addition to the 8%MaxHP damage that lifesteal still applies to and the overheal shield. I don't think anyone wants to deal with a repeat of rework spam
