Does Ravage apply Spell-Vamp, Life Steal, or both?

Can't test her right now, but I know Evelynn's E applies on-hit effects but is a spell, so I'm a little confused about it.

On a more serious note, thanks. I wanted to experiment with a drain tank build for Evelynn but wasn't sure where to go in regards to Spell Vamp vs Life Steal. This could help while I calculate it.

It says it applies on-hit effects. Lifesteal is an on-hit effect.

Abilities that apply on-hit effects apply Lifesteal and not Spellvamp, unless specified otherwise.

There's a little tab under each ability that expands to provide additional information. Under Ravage, it states that it applies on-hit effects but not spell effects. Since life steal is an on-hit effect while spell vamp is a spell effect, it's basically telling you Ravage applies life steal and not spell vamp.
