Boot Enchantments vs Undo Option, Season 6 (Homeguard Boot Enchantment removal)

Since the Boot Enchantment Homeguard is being remodeled into a global buff for all players at 20 minutes (or so I've been told), the abuse potential with using Undo on Homeguard won't matter anymore. My question is: will the designers be allowing summoners to undo Boot Enchantments for S6?

You already could for most of them. The only things you couldn't undo were things that had a direct effect on the game when you bought it
