Nice, easy map specific buff to two neat support champions who really struggle there.
Draven could probably use some kind of buff to his passive there, as well. The lack of a laning phase really hurts them all.

Because I don't enjoy grinding minion and neutral monster kills. Not terribly fond of snowbally game mechanics, either.
