4/19 PBE Update

Nocturne Kayle Singed - Meh skins except Singed. His is awesome! **Dragons **- Got a whole bunch of them. Let's just say we'll be seeing more 5-man botlanes. Brand - Strong AF and they still made him stronger. Now deals massive amounts of passive dmg. PLEASE DO NOT GROUP VERSUS THIS GUY! Cassiopeia - Don't need no boots. "Oh you want to dash? Well fudge you! Malzahar - "I'm tankier than Ali even if for a second. COME AT ME BRO!" "I don't need 4 spells. I control the void spawns now!" "My former W now spawns under you for MAXIMUM DAMAGEEEE!" Velkoz - "I'll will stay true to you. As in, TRUE DMG!" Ton of true dmg on his ult, Dude will melt your frontline before you even reach him. Vladimir - Nothing much. Still the same. Zyra - Can't tell if her passive got better or worse. Zyra mains can explain to me. Anivia - R gets bigger and no longer slows attack speed (Thank God!). Annie - They didn't nerf her stun CD. They didn't nerf the cast time of her R. But guess what?! They made Tibber madder! Like literally. He's so mad, he doesn't die when she dies "I WILL AVENGE YOU ANNIE!" He says. Better run mate. You saw what he did to Leo DiCaprio. She als gets tons of dmg reduction. Fiddlesticks - Nothing much. Faster after standing for a while. Syndra - Syndra main on frontpage has more info on this. Veigar - Has more ways to get AP. You'll probably see more veigars aiming spells are you early game. His ult is wonderful. No longer deals dmg based on enemy's AP but now based on missing health (as if Garen's ult wasn't bad enough). This means no more taking AD mid vs Veigar and instawin. The tables have turned people. Ziggs - His W can now execute turrets. Like, I understand he's a bomb maniac and all but executing a turr at 35% HP isn't okay.

New summoner icons, ability icons, splash arts and mild texture updates.

**Tower ** - Dmg ramps up quicker and retains it's ramped status meaning less dives. ALLELUIA! Receive AP dmg from AP champ AAs. Higher base Armor/MR. Lower HP. Armor pen now works on them meaning Zed will be taking turrets faster than usual. Gets dmg reduction making it stronger than when it was just flat Armor/MR. Death timers - reduced at 20-30 min mark. Hmmmm, yet to be seen. Boot enchants - Removed?! DAFUDGE IS THIS?! Rift Herald - Spawns only once and doesn't spawn again after getting killed. Grand **SUPER ** buff that lasts for 20 mins and you retain the buff even if you die. This means whoever gets the buff will have a HUGE advantage in lane. Blue Buff - More AP, reduced duration. Red buff - Higher HP regen, Benefits AA reliant champs, reduced duration.

Kennen - Now hits every one with R. Reduced duration. Lower dmg on multiple hits. Teemo - Lower Mana cost on R. Lower recharge time too. Mushroom duration up. These Teemo buffs are toxic AF.

You already know about the item reworks so no need to mention all, only a few.

item 3124 - Gets Sated Devourer passive without the ranged champion limiter meaning Kindred-Rageblade will be a thing. These are dark days, my Friend. item 1403 - REMOVED! Now replaced by BloodRazor. I think we are all fine with that although the new item feels like BoTRK. These kindred buffs are too insane uno. item 3139 & item 3140 - No longer remove debuffs, only CC. Meaning Malz's E, Zed's R and item 3147 will be apply. item 3083 - Gains CDR, less HP. Too many CDR items.

AND THE BIGGEST CHANGE OF ALL!

Vision Ward - Health lowered to 4 from 5.

Jhin approves. That's all guys.

TL:DR of this TL:DR of these experimental changes: Zed got buffed.

Have a good day. [slayer-jinx-wink] [slayer-jinx-catface]

Two Comments:

Rageblade Kindred - Cannot really imagine that to become a thing. Why? No AP ratios make Guinsoo's gold-efficiency rather...abysmal. 1600 gold efficiency without stacks if you do not use AP. That's 44.4%.

Warmog's - You call it too many CdR items. I call it a godsend. Zack can now get 40% CdR without runes/with 3 slots for Armor items.

About the first one, I tried Kindred with current Rageblade. Didn't do well, which I anticipated. But now the reworked rageblade has Sated Devourer's passive without the 4 AA for ranged champs limitation. Meaning Kindred can proc his passive 1 more time faster than usual.

About the second. Mate, the moment everyone and I mean everyone can achieve 30-40% CDR, there's a problem. There used to be a time when engages where carried out a lot more carefully because all abilities would be on CD after. But now, just pick your 30% CDR Ekko, drop your W and dive in. Don't even need your ult to escape. Your E is sufficient because it's almost always off CD.

About the Vision wards, while it does only have 4 hits now, it can recover HP if it hasn't been attack for a bit. So you can fight to get them away from your ward and instead of it sitting there at 1 HP, it will go back to 4 HP.

AninLegions7771 votes

Yeah that's true. I personally just note where the pinks are or where the enemy normally places them, and kill the wards when no enemy is around. With my support of course. Can't have an Eve or a Twitch destroying me because of a ward. :')

Those changes make Warframe look like a better option.

And I don't want to play Warframe again.

Never played Warframe. What's it like?

Ninjas in space Nice, but it can get boring fast, because there is only little story and the maps are kinda repepetive. However, if you like leveling stuff up and get every few weeks some new stuff to level up, it's really good. There are a few bugs, but they aren't very common

So like Borderlands with less story?

I just give a short summary of the gameplay, ok? You (the player) controls a Tenno. They utilize a special piece of armor, called the Warframe. There are about 30 different Warframes or so, just a guessed number, which have different abilities and stats, like the champions in Lol. Then you have primary, secondary and meelee weapons. Primary weapons are mostly rifles and bows, shotguns and a few laserweapons. Or launchers. Launchers are savage. Secondary weapons would be pistols, some of which able to be dual weld. You can also use Throwing Knives or some kind of landmines. (You throw them, and can let them explode via mousewheel. They don't explode by themselves) Meelee weapons are very distinct. They range from simple swords or daggers to things like the Glaive, a weapon similar to Sivir's only that you can also punch people with it. Weapons and Warframes can be augmented via "mods". They increase base stats of your gear and can add some effects to it aswell.

The main enemies are four factions: The Grineer, who are specialized around rapid fire and (in their technology) resemble real world armies the most. The Corpus, who use energy weapons and robots for combat. The Infestation. Grineer and Corpus infested by a disease, making them mindless monsters. They have only meelee fighters, though some of them occasionally spit ooze. And finally the Sentient, but they are new and are actually only appearing in ~4 missions. They adapt to the damage you deal and become nearly immune against it after a while.

You acquire missions via the Star Map in your space ship. There are different tilesets of which the missions get randomly created of, like the Grineer underwater lab, the Grineer desert, the Corpus ship and so on. After a while you just know each room, because they repeat so often. There are a few different mission types: Rescue, Extermination, Capture, (Mobile) Defense, Survival, and a few more. Then we have the Archwing. It allows you to access special (but very few) missions in open space. It's fun to fly around with, but the objectives are the same as with normal missions. On a special planet are underwater Archwing missions, where you change between the normal mission and the underwater Archwing part

The game is free, so it won't hurt to try out.

I felt bad, bit then I deleted the self advertisment. I'm sorry to post so much about an Off-Topic theme, though

No problem. Thanks a lot. Will download it as soon as I get faster internet.

A game in which you buy, build and switch weapons and suits only to level them hundreds of times in the same exact way on the same exact map.

Alternatively you may not play in the exact same way and level them about a hundred times slower.

It's a great game.

AninLegions7771 votes

Doesn't sound great when you put it that way. :(

Yup, should've put the internet sarcasm indicator at the end.
