Slight A. Sol Buff

Nothing crazy, I promise. Currently, at the end Comet of Legend, Sol's movement speed immediately returns to base, no-stacks movement speed. It feels rather wonky and a little bad that using the ability penalizes itself.

My suggestion: decay the movement speed rapidly down to max straightline stacks.
