Seriously a smurf boosting the enemy team every game today every fucking game yet they are low bronze my ass fix your fucking matchmaking RIOT until then your game can be forgoten

so to check for you I took the liberty to take a look at lolking (http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/75930498#matches) to figure out how many smurfs you met. I checked for average win rate of all players to determine if they are smurf. I checked if they have a weird amount of wins and losses in a row which would point out that they are elo boosters.

First game i checked 4 stuck in bronze often around a 50 percent winrate 1 in placements (about 50/50 loss win so far) no clear smurfs

second game I checked 4 bronze players with a winrate around 50 percent one guy in placements(about 50/50 Winrate).

third game 2 in bronze 50 percent winrate 2 standard promo guys 1 potential smurf but because he was in his promo's you might have just had bad luck and played against a good new player.

I could go on but it seriously seems like there aren't that many smurfs in your games. It might just be that in lower bronze, the winning team can usually snowball out of control causing people to think that the enemies are way better. Please don't blame riot for everything tho, sometimes you are just losing a lot because you aren't ready to get up to higher elo's. Just practice and get better. You'll probably get out, because you do sound like the type of player that is willing to improve.

and maybe look up some guides for building champs, runes and masteries since you are lacking proper runes and masteries for many champions.
