Matchmaking system is still a mess

Playing against and with 1 or 2 tiers higher players is unhealthy and without logic

after season 5 i noticed drop in quality of my games(and therefore the game in general), and now cca one third of my games are unplayable- not hard to win ,but imposible to even play/compete ... everyone with even a little brain can appreciate a good lose, but what i am experiencing is far from anything good

i know a player, and there are more of them like him, who climbed to platinum 5 by actually playing in silver(and little bit of gold),and even his platinum games were silver/gold. While in other hand we have people whose majority of games are placed too high compared to their position (climbing nightmare)... . Common sense.R.I.P

MMR points are totaly unrealistical representation of a player's skill , or there is something much worse going on...

or is it matchmaking system also connected with RP system so i have to buy RP frequently to have a (relatively) good time while playing this "FREE GAME"?
