Best Utility champs that can carry

I've been maining support this season thinking I could get my ADC fed to carry (and I have been 100% of the time) but even when we win lane and rotate, the rest of the team is shit and we can never get wins.

I'm thinking about changing my strat and would like to know opinions on the best utility champs cover lots of roles and situations so that when the game turns to shit I can at least still have a chance to comeback in the area that our team needs.

Here are some that I am thinking can cover multiple roles with tanking, killings, and wave clear:

Uh....

If it's in the support role, Lulu sure. Maybe Orianna and perhaps Lissandra.... but those are stretches mainly if your just REALLY good on those champions.

Don't play support Irelia, please, but she is a great top lane duelist with great snowball potential.

Best utility carries Blitzcrank - one hook to win it all Morgana - one binding to win it all, E to save idiots Zilean - R saves idiots, double stun wins team fights Zyra - Risky, but carry level damage with great utility Velkoz - Like Zyra, but even MORE damage Poppy - It's Poppy.

Thanks fort the suggestions but let me clarify: I have been playing a lot of sup thinking this would help the team and win, but I can play all roles.

So I'm not looking for more sup champs, I'm looking for good all around champs that can play multiple lanes.

If you want a utility champ to turn fights I suggest Nami. DISENGAGE has been my biggest issue with ranked. No one knows how to. They just try and meatfist their way through everything. Nami waves are great for disengaging and if you have a yasuo they can make for a decent engage if you catch them while casting from the jungle. Her heal bounces to do poke damage and her q can be great if you can land it.

Blitzcrank works well with almost anyone in lane if you can land a hook and understand that his ult is a silence so grabbing an Ahri means you silence her ability to ult out.

Soraka is obvious utlity. A silence, slow and heals everywhere. Literally, it's a global.

Tahm Kench has decent utility and is tanky as hell when built right.

I don't see any of those as really decent supports in the overall except for lulu obviously and possibly orianna.
