Thats why Riot can't buff or change champion whenever hes weak/not in meta

Riot can't buff /change champions whenever they see low winrate on them or they're almost non-pickable. Becouse copmany is making a lot of changes all the time and it's not rare to see those changes indirectly buffing champions. Like for example, with the new jungle item, ap junglers win ratios drasticaly incrased (sory for not being able to remember exact numbers).
