Can we nerf Cass now?

Doesn't need boots, fast as hell, doesn't even need to land Q, can just W into Es and Q, R is fast and barely has a cast time (have to predict when she's gonna use it) still does damage to you. Gets beefy as hell late game with a bunch of hp and life steal plus archangels shield. Can just stand in front of people and Q E them to death late game. Is a lane bully early only slightly mana gated and scales super hard late game hyper carry. W can straight up turn off certain champion's kits.

Why is Cass okay? She's not fun to deal with; I don't feel outplayed when she just stat checks me to death.
