Should Duskblade and Stormrazor share the same unique passive?

The synergy between these two items is ridiculously strong to the point it's a must buy for all AD assassin. With duskblade alone assassin were in a healthy spot after the support nerfs, and the game as a whole was in a healthy spot until some genius decides to add "stormrazors" as a replacement crit item for ADC.
