Buff Quinn

One of 's problems is her lack of a role(similar to old ). Sometimes you see top and she does amazing then snowballs and other times dies a bit and just ends up weak since she is fairly item dependent. Other times you see bot and watch as she is outmatched since when two champions show up her passive gets really wonky and seems to target at random and so there is almost a 50/50 chance on winning or losing based off her passive. Simply put a buff is not entirely needed just a rework on a reliable passive if there is more then one champion.

Remember what they did to Kats aa a while back. The animation is faster so you can actually attack move without canceling your aa.when you should clearly have done damage but are robbed because Quinn is neglected. That's my first and main problem with Quinn. Next her passive bug not working at max range is pathetic. Valor needs a passive. If you kill or asst vault cool down reduced by 50%/65%/80% per ultimate lvl. And also some sort of defense buff for valor. More aoe range on the q when valor like 435. Remove sky strike for these buffs. She will be better. And more fun. Quinn can play any role if played right. One of my favorite champions.

It's times like these I realize that G&B is like an echo chamber.

She needs her bugs fixed for sure, but the reason many aren't falling all over themselves to buff her into a FOTM pick is because she's already so brutal in top lane. When you face her in top lane as a melee champion, then you'll know true pain. I haven't seen many people who play Quinn talk about how strong she is there, only how weak she is as an ADC. It would be better to look at Quinn's kit as a whole, instead of just asking for number buffs with the bug fixes she needs.
