Doesnt mean all adcs are bad if they are still dominating along with a few mages. If Rekkles cant or doesnt want to play one of the 4-6 top tier adcs its his fault lul.

You're basically forcing him to play champions that he doesn't main after being a true ADC main for many years. It's like forcing him to transition from picking Bot Ranged carries to Assassin Junglers, especially when the ADC itemization changes literally cuts out that felt like 70% of his career off. That is NOT a good change for him at all.

Every adc player, actually every competitive player has to learn how to play and play against new picks tho. Why is rekkles the only one that apparently cant? Plus he played all the adcs that are meta right now in before 8.11 except Kaisa.

Mid laners also had adcs Lucian Corki and tanks Galio Sion suddenly become god tier in their lane

Because some players like their own preferences while others don't? Rekkles himself devotes to mastering the champion pool he has now, compared to others who flexed their pool too much alongside other champions.

I mean Rekkles CAN afford to spend time learning other non-crit ADCs, but why even bother when he can just leave the work to Bwipo(sub ADC) since he knows the meta highly better than him. Bringing Rekkles back almost sounds like a waste of space.

And also, I'm referring to true tanks like Maokai Ornn Nautilus Shen . Galio is part mage & his whole kit affects countering Mage champions, and Sion was only useful in spamming E & force-builds Banner.

Because it's not about learning new meta ADCs? Its about learning new meta mages and bruisers who all play inherently differently from an ADC after dedicating years to mastering ADCs. It's about having all your hardworking thrown out just on the whims of Riot and a bunch of top and mid mains who are whining about a lane they dont even play only having one class of champions in it that they also dont play.

How about I whine and complain that the only things that can be played mid are assassins and mages until riot are line,"sure, okay." And then they go out and basically delete the entirety of both class through base stat nerfs, asinine item changes, and humongous price hikes on said now worthless items. And now the lane is only playable by ADCs except the ADC mains that were complaining still arent even playing midlane. They're staying bot lane and sticking to some bullshit idea that,"well mages and assassins are still the most picked thing in Lcs and soloqueue, lol. they're still fine."

It would piss you off and frustrate you to hell and back that some jackasses who have no idea how your champs work or how they're played or how midlane works just basically decided the fate of your lane for you and refuse to acknowledge that your champions are garbage and feel garbage to play and you're only continuing to play them because that's what you started playing fucking league for at all was.

The difference is that mid has 2 classes + some others like Galio, while adc only had 1 class that is already low on champs.

If adcs are still the most played class and they are having a lot of success, I dont see the problem. Except crit adcs that Riot is buffing one by one now anyway xd

Galio is a battle mage so not really an exception. And I literally just made the point that they are most played because they're specifically what people who play ADC want to play. Because they only have one lane. They dont have multiple lanes like a lot of other champions get.

There is literally no difference between what I described as an example and what happened to ADC mains. You're just biased and have never even touched the class and literally have no clue how it works or feels to play.

And finally, yes, those crit ADCs are doing blisteringly well in soloqueue with their sub 50% winrates and their pick rates between 1 and 3%. Just amazing to see them go.

Draven is a burst ADC who rushes BT or Deaths dance. He is more caster based like MF and, for that matter, Jhin. Jhin is also rushing an item that, while released for ADCs, is better suited to assassins and after getting it is fully okay with just rushing lethality.

They buffed jinx just a patch ago and her buff was the only meaningful one out of the entire bunch.

Ashe isn't building crit. She builds one zeal item because it synergizes so well with her but is otherwise building bork and black cleaver and is honestly never not good because she sacrifices a lot for extra utility.

And that's only four ADCs in the only lane that they can go in out of 10. That's good odds. Better yet, that's only four ADs out of 15? Where are Cait, Xayah, Tristana, and Sivir?

Oh please, most ADCs are still top pick. Very few ADCs were crit only ADCs, crit was just the most common build.

It's not just about needing to learn non-crit ADCs, it also adds the fact that Rekkles now has to learn how to fight against non-ranged ADCs like Swain & Morgana at bot lane, this can also puts him off. Plus, even he himself has to learn how to play those champions in order to have flexible Draft Picking with his team. It's honestly a giant shift compared to the past seasons.

even other adc mains like qtpie and doublelift said they like the new meta.

as others pointed out, marksmen are still mostly dominating bot lane. the few mages and bruisers were the exception to the rule.

a lot marksmen mains are exaggerating to the n-th degree when it comes to the state of bot lane.

It's honestly depressing and sad that they're leaving ADCs in the state they're in, even with pro players now starting to bench themselves. I feel awful for Rekkles cause he's a good player. He's generally considered a very talented ADC main... and even he feels he can't win plat games on his best champs. A pro player can't win and carry in plat games on ADCs... that's the real sign that ADCs are trash and need to be looked at.

The items went in the right direction, but the champions were built around adc items for so long that the whole class suffered when the items were changed.
