And... the only potentially broken thing in her entire kit are numbers.
Concept wise, it is perfectly fine and balanced the way they executed it.
She's a melee, so none of that ranged harass bullcrap.
Yes, her Q1 resets. But her Q2 is exactly the same damage as the Q1 unless she waits a minimum of 1.5 seconds, which is an extremely long time in active combat, and more than enough time to lock Camille down and/or kill her in any situation where it's not a 1v1 (read: any scenario where the enemy team aren't complete idiots and help out their teammates). 100% true damage conversion is irrelevant when it will apply no modifiers or crit modifiers. It's also still single target and takes an immensely long time to charge up. The MS buff is fairly minor.
Her W is a smaller and more restricted Darius Q basically, and the slow only applies if you get hit in the outer radius. AKA, don't do that. If you're relatively close to her, dodge out the side. If you're farther out, literally just step back. She only heals if you get hit by the outer circle. AKA, don't get hit by that. Or alternatively, just apply Grievous Wounds on her. She also only gets the AS buff if you get hit by the outer part of it. You also realize 90 decaying over 2 means the slow gets reduced to 45% within the first second?
Her E1 is extremely slow. The stun range is extremely small. She also does not get the extra range on E2 without a valid target nearby in said trajectory path. The stun also does not last that long.
Her passive has an extremely long cooldown which means it's not going to really trigger more than once or twice per teamfight. And it's also irrelevant outside of 1v1s, which really shouldn't be happening anyways.
Untargetable =/= invulnerable. And the untargetability duration is extremely short. The knockback is extremely short and brief. The bonus magic damage only applies on her autoattacks. Lockdown means completely jackshit when literally everyone and anyone except her target can enter and exit freely. If Camille is killed or leaves the boundary (whether by her own choice or gets pulled/knocked out), then the target is free to leave as well.
You're overreacting.
