There's no true justification about what lets a squishy ADC or Mage like 
having the rights to be beefy while still doing large amount of damage. 
has already went through that phase due to one of that exact reason, the gauntlet needs to have its turn too.
Theres nothing over powered about iceborne on ranged champs.

Ezreal is litteraly trash tier. Second worst adc in the game behind the one who is openly kept in the shitter.
Sure. Make ibg melee only. Then make all melee champions unable to gain ms. I mean it’s only fair.
Fun fact the only champion iceborn has ever been a consistent buy on a champion is ezreal and there are still times where triforce is better. Like I rather have it be ranged only so I don't have to deal with the bs like tank ekko and vik.
The only thing that should happen to iceborn is a rework.
