No. I never realized it before he got it, but he actually really needed to be more interesting. His kit is so flat without it.

To be honest, I think he might be right. The Package basically means that, assuming it is laning phase, his laning opponent simply can not fight him, be it mid lane or bottom lane. And it basically destroys team fights, and makes him the scariest roamer in the game.

It isn't up very often, but it hurts super fucking hard when it is.
