By the way I recently asked this at Riot Support and here is what I got: https://i.gyazo.com/61b93b74c808c4b56eff7f9921e03e07.png

Considering no one answered the comment he pointed at in the Ask Riot and he recommended me to do a post here, well that's what I'm doing.

You talked in this Ask Riot: https://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/2018/06/ask-riot-executes-and-ssg-skins/ And explained why champions WITHOUT execute indicators wouldn't get one like Pyke's. But unfortunately, it didn't mention champions who already HAVE an execute indicator and maybe wish to get one like Pyke's. I'm talking about Chogath. His Execute indicator is pretty hard to see and takes around half a second to clearly appears on top of the fact it can be completely hidden if the target champion is too big or if there is particles or ground animation around him. On top of that Chogath recently just got a new skin that, to me and many other Chogath players, makes his execute indicator much harder to see. So, considering Chogath HAS an execute indicator, is there any way for him to get one as clear as Pyke's execute indicator one day? or is that impossible? If it is impossible, please give me just an explanation because sadly Chogath wasn't included in this Ask Riot as he already has one and the question was about those who don't have one.

TL:DR : Chogath's Execute indicator Isn't Clear and instant. And the Dark Star Skin makes it almost invisible. It's unfair Because Chogath's Execute Stack is as important and central in kit as Pyke's Execute Reset. On top of that let's not forget Chogath isn't doing to well Right now and has been sitting at a winrate <49% for quite a while.

It could definitely be easier to see, i actually never noticed that cho'gath had an indicator at all for years until a friend pointed it out simply because i never looked for it. Every single indicator in league hovers ABOVE the champion, i think cho'gaths is the only one that is below. Considering riots hard on for visual clarity had them remove aatroxes wings because having him become gigantic wasnt enough clarity cho'gaths ultimate indicator could absolutely use some touching up.

His old execute particle were easy to see .. i sincerely hate the change.

I didn't even know he had an execute indicator. And now that you mention it, Cho is probably someone who needs a clear indicator more than any other champion, considering that's where a large amount of his strength lies after he gets his minion stacks.

Give a demon a break. Who is banning Cho or complaining about how OP he is?

Would giving him the better indicator really be that hard or OP?

His Q is already a skillshot and W isn't a for sure thing (especially close up).

BRING BACK THE EX(ecutioner indicator)!

I really hated the change to his execute indicator. It went from easy to see, to forcing me to have to focus in to see if it is even there or not, taking my attention away from the rest of the game. It's not a SUPER huge issue in duels, but it's almost impossible to get a clear picture of it in a chaotic team fight.

Play more Cho so that one day you know when to use ult to execute without having to look for the indicator. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn] (JK. please buff the indicator)

Its not just Pyke..

Zed has a very clear execute indicator for his Death Mark proc.

I don't quite agree that all champs should have an execute marker, because then there is no fun in surviving a Garen R with 1 HP and making him cry.

QoL will ruin the game in the long run and cho is a broken tank.

This definitely needs to be fixed, bc to this day I did not know he had one.

There is a slight difference between Pyke/Urgot and other "executes", though. Actual "executes the target" abilities will ignore shields. Some indicators, such as Evelynn's, also only indicate that the threshold is reached and not that the target will die. While I think Cho'Gath's indicator could be improved, I do think it's worth keeping some distinction between the two types of executes.

I just use ulti and pray I get the stack. I can't see the new indicator at all.

Metallikaiser7/17/2018, 7:37:50 PM2 votes

It went from an indicator that was clear as day to me and I liked to something I literally didnt even realize they kept, it wasnt until others talked about it that I realized they didnt remove the indicator completely. I have no idea why the new indicator is soo bad.

He doesn't need an execute indicator anyway.

I did notice that they changed his ult ex indicator for his new skin (swirling purple space) but i do miss the old teeth indicator. but usually im always checking the damage it does so I tend not to have a problem with it.

I didn't even know he had an indicator. I always just left-clicked on the enemy champion I wanted to feast and looked at their health bar in order to see how close they were to being killable. This strategy has clear problems in that their health bar was sometimes laggy and if someone else got low as well I didn't know if I could feast them too.

Today i learned Cho'gath had an execute indicator.

Joeniee7/18/2018, 7:12:48 AM2 votes

Yesterday I played Cho on ARAM, hadn't played league much. I suddenly realised his execute indicator was changed (probably with his whole visible update and e change) and it's sometimes hard to see!

Had no problems with the old one but this vague color is kinda stupid. (Don't understand how people didn't notice the old indicator he had, but please make one that's easier to see for Cho Rito :) )

Skullgetti7/18/2018, 9:25:39 AM2 votes

You having to time your ult correctly is the most interactive and highest skillcap part of his kit....

TheFortex7/18/2018, 9:43:11 AM1 votes

i personally see that if they will add an execute indicator for everyone then even i should see that indicator. i dont want them to execute me when i dont know they can

Void Kaiju7/18/2018, 1:03:20 PM1 votes

Tbh, I think an indicator would be a good enough thing that I would sacrifice some of the ult base damage vs champions at higher ranks for it, if necessary. Upvoted for good idea.

japhib7/18/2018, 3:59:13 PM1 votes

Not disagreeing with your point about making Chogath 's execute indicator easier to see, but I don't think your bringing up his 49% winrate is relevant.

49% isn't a bad winrate. A 1% difference on a not-that-popular champion can be chalked up to day-to-day random fluctuations. Heck, there's a 1% winrate difference between leagueofgraphs.com and champion.gg.

Wait Cho had an Execute Indicator ? I swear I didn't know

LatetotheRace7/17/2018, 10:41:11 PM1 votes

I still don't understand how a how skill ceiling assassin has an execute indicator. Seems pretty stupid imo. That being said though, I've not found cho's lack of an indicator(visibility) terribly problematic. Early game is the only time I believe making it any clearer has any warrant. By late game it should be doing 800-1200 damage so it's pretty easy to tell when you can eat someone or not.
