I can't tell you how many times a Kalista, a Runeglaive Ezrael, or any other laner with smite has stolen my 5 stacks as jungler. Sure I tell them not to take it but they get all panicky thinking the other team will steal it and use smite anyways.
Give us our stacks on assist too plz Rito.

Either the Actual devourer doesn't match the tool tip, Or your getting really unlucky in not scoring a takedown in those dragon fights.
