Toxic players who starts feeding when doesn't get Xayah/Rakan

Saw in last 2 games that trolls have invaded. When they say too late adc/supp and doesn't get Rakan/Xayah they start immediately feeding. 0/15 Teemo with mobility boots and 0/10 Bard with same build is so fun... I hope Riot can handle with these kind of trolls :/
