EUNE OR JUST EUE?

I have noticed that there is not anymore much players from North at EUNE servers. I see 10x times more north players in EUW. So can we just change all north players to EUW and make EUE server. There is good reason for changing North servers to Euw.

1. EUW has already more players from north than eune
2. North players can better communicate whit players in EUW ( Main reason is because East ppl prefer own language more than english ) Making free server change whit north ppl would make this game more enjoyable, because you can finally talk whit own ppl... I'm getting pretty tired whit games where own does't say single word whit english. Being Amumu at EuE!
