Who do you want to get a VGU after Eve and Urgot?

I personally want to get his after them he has a cool concept of being a aspect of Targon yet he doesn't fully live up to that with his visuals just looking like a normal fighter and his terrible ingame model. As well to give him a much better kit that is easier for enemies to counter but to give him more opportunities then ult bot and get fed and a better combo then spear, jump, stab, kill. He is a very cool character IMO and i'd love to see more from him.

Everyone else is too debatable for me to be sure.

Kayle just needs a Visual update

Jax never hits his endgame fantasy in the 20-30 minute average game.

Aurelion sol isn't in need of a VGU at all at the moment, he needs better ap scalings on his passive or W but not both.

Veigar doesn't need to be in that list unless you want an endgame veigar to go from having 1000 AP lategame to having 2000 AP lategame.

Everyone else in your list I agree with entirely.

I feel like Kayle's kit is a little too "This is going to happen" for my own tastes. Q WILL happen, W WILL happen, E is an auto-attack enhancer so it WILL happen, and her R is a point and click, instant, non-channeled spell that WILL happen unless you perma-cc her before she dies.

When I say "Simply Could be Better" I mean their kits don't really need a ton, but they could use help that is more than just "And here is a thing here and there and let's buff this number and tweak this". Something like the Shyvana mini-rework we had before. A few of them I also mean they could get some QoL updates to make their kits less clunky. Aurelion Sol is even said by Riot to need some degree of help that isn't basic tuning. It's going to happen. I personally feel like Jax could have a lot more interesting kit than his right click crazy thing he has right now, being the supposed "strongest warrior before the retcon". Veigar's kit could overall just use some QoL updates and some tweaks along with a visual update.

In a tier list:

A Tier: Rammus Mordekaiser Irelia Nunu Skarner

B Tier: Soraka Pantheon XinZhao Tryndamere

C Tier: Vladimir Trundle

A tier picks are in need of a LOT of help and generally don't do very well when put into a specific area of play.

Rammus jg is weak because of slow clears.
Poor Morde just wants some love after all these years of being shoved from botlane to toplane to midlane. Irelia is doing poorly against most juggernauts at the moment, I can't confirm if the Sterak's buff and the Gargoyle's plate buff helped her. I will test this more later. Nunu is debatable on whether he really NEEDS a VGU but considering how Yorick, Taric, and Warwick came out... I am willing to bet that he'd benefit from one. Skarner's been pushed back in a fashion to old Yorick and as such he deserves to have a VGU after urgot and eve.

B tier picks were champs that do a job and can be fun to play but they need some love to be more fun to play to a larger audience/fill a healthier role than "point and click adventure"

It can be fun as Soraka at times to save all your allies from a bad towerdive that they otherwise would have killed themselves during but lategame she becomes a healbot with almost no purposeful thought able to happen properly.

Pantheon is a giant point-and-click adventure.

Xin has bootleg Pantheon problems.

Tryn has bootleg Xin problems.

C Tier: these guys could use some love from a VGU. They still are fun to play for a good portion of people, however.

Pantheon and Mordekaiser. One because I'm a former Pantheon main who knows he needs it. The other because people need proof that Riot won't just forget the failed results of a class rework and does update them.

After that? Swain, Akali, Tryndamere (in that order) then idc.

Veigar Corki Lulu Rumble Teemo Amumu Hecarim Kennen Kayle Morgana Singed Singed Singed Volibear Annie

Most of these would be purely visual, I imagine, as Veigar Kayle Singed Morgana Volibear and Amumu are the only champs in the game who are both gross to look at, and gross to play/play against.

Veigar's point and click R ain't fun (and I love Veigar) Kayle is a weird ass hybrid, Singed is... Singed. Morg is basic, Voli is basic, and Amumu is WAY basic. And If I have to explain why anniw's archaic gameplay needs to be changed somehow, then you should try fighting one. Not fun.

I just want all the characters to look great, and play like you'd expect based on their lore. (Looking at you, Singed )
