4/5 PBE Update: Conqueror Varus Splash

Anybody seeing this on the new update on PBE? This is a game-breaking rework and I pray to god they decide to not even rework this particular rune. All the focus Riot has made recently on keeping interaction in lane happening more consistently in the first portion of the game will be erased with this development. Basically everyone becomes a Zoe, and can have a one time use summoner spell in addition to their initial 2 summoner spells. These become available at 5 min, and have a decreasing cool down for each use. Don't even get me started on how cancer Zoe is as a champion(has nothing to do with her sleep/burst). Why a champ is allowed to pick up 6 min redemptions and completely cockblock your plays, or pick up a gundblade and get a guaranteed kill, before anyone would be able to actually complete these types of items is beyond me.

Anyways, if this goes through, expect anyone in high elo/pro to take this on every role, free TPs for everyone, jungler can get ignite for any gank(??????). When the game is already insanely snowbally, and one play can make all the difference early, why give people this broken option of coordinating an unfair advantage with this rune? This is just toxic, and changes everything about the game. If riot keeps making changes like this the player base will undoubtably shrink and the game will be next to dead in 5 years. Please if you're out there and you like this game, please upvote so this gets noticed. This kind of change can't be allowed to go through.

Yea zoe picked up a proto belt at lvl 3 and killed me, i woulda won the trade if not for that shit. i was like da fuck she doing with protobelt at lvl 3. also few lvls later she got a redemption and exhaust and all in my again healed/negated my burst with exhaust an redemption and then killed me with hers. i srs have no idea why zoe should be allowed to have unlimited actives and summoner spells. she even had a gunblade active when i finished my gunblade so i all in her she used her active then stole mine i used an it did 620 damage to me....... like 2 actives b2b what the hell.
