Kai'Sa is 100% Broken

I normally downvote all the obnoxious QQ threads on here on a regular basis, but this champ is on PBE now and holy fricken crap. She is so incredibly overbearing in mid lane with her Q poke/waveclear. Her laning phase/all in is insane. She is definitely in need of some tuning before going live. Don't think her ult abilities or her skills shot are op at all, I think its a really cool invention and fun gameplay overall. But man, her Q is way to much damage.
