I hate auto-fill

So I get what I wanted, top, and the support said "Top can we switch?'. I told him "Sorry but I'm up for promotion and I'm strongest top". He replied, "Ok I'll just feed your lane." Anyways he banned my champion Yorick who I was going to play as and he said "I'm going top anyways.". He went ahead and locked in for top I had last pick on the team so I just said f*** it and picked and took exhaust. We ended up losing the game simply because of this troll and which I'm assuming auto-fill gave him support.

A couple on my team reported him for being a complete troll but seriously there should be a vote in the lobby to kick trolls who do this stuff before we waste 30 minutes of our lives playing a game and losing LP. Please create a solution to counter trolls.
