in League of Legends? I realize it was named after a player but don't just have a random item with no backstory as a finished item.

Would be nice to see one or another item mentioned in the short stories they give us.
Also: Why is Zaun legit the only region we don't have any items from at all in the game? If we can get hextech items like the gunblade, the protobelt and such, then why doesn't Riot create one or two chemtech items when they have to come up with new ones? Would be great....
