Hate being the anti-fun police but nah it's not a offical Darkin. Narrative devs have never really intended for the in-game items to have canonical counterparts.

Although the art department for in-game assets tend to be inspired by aesthetics from Runeterra and the established world-building. Ranking and leveling badges, art for items, Hextech crafting, background art for Runes and for a lot of promotional content too. It's a visual language thing- helps players understand what they're looking at if its familiar to them. A deliberate thing simply for maintaining the recognizability of the IP.

Theres no Darkin called "Runaan" either.
